Now we’ve moved and are currently in Szczecin, where in our 140m2 workshop we’ve installed washable surfaces, tiles, slip-resistant epoxy flooring, separate, well-organized warehouse, our own walk-in cooler, soap curing-room, office and packing station.
The entirety of the workshop was prepared in line with the standards of the EU Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and we’ve got the certificates to prove it!
2017 was a year of hard work for us as we learned and implemented the methods of scientific management systems, in the spirit of Lean Management. Throughout the whole year we prepared our workshop and staff to use the 5S system, the purpose of which is maximizing safety in the workplace while also increasing productivity. The biggest Polish and global production companies pride themselves on their use of this system because it ensures the highest standards of work. The Ministry has also proudly joined the guild.
All of our products meet the standards of cosmetics production which are equally applied to small producers as to large factories. Our craft items have been examined at the microbiological level by the State Sanitation Inspector’s office in Koszalin, including the entire documentation of a safety assessment by an independent assessor, confirming our products’ compliance with the appropriate laws governing the manufacture of cosmetics. Our products are also compliant with European Union law, and submitted on the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CBNP). This is a gurarntee of the safety of the products we make.
Our workshop is regularly inspected by the State Sanitiation Inspector’s deputies in Szczecin, the State Labour Inspector and other bureaus in charge of the health and safety of workplaces in Poland. We are proud of the results of every inspection.
The Minsitry is also proud of their membership among the leading Polish producers of cosmetics, the Polish Association of the Cosmetics Industry as well as the European guild www.soapmakers.eu, connecting soap manufacturers.
